A Filter Wavelength Division Multiplexer (FWDM) is a device that utilize Thin Film Filter (TFF) technology to combine or separate light at different wavelengths in a wide wavelength range. It can expand the capacity of a single fiber to achieve bidirectional communication so that widely used in optical network upgrades and expansion, or introduce new comprehensive business, etc. FS FHD® FWDM modules adopt a compact plug-and-play cassette design, allowing up to 4 modules per 1U rack. They offer extensive customization, supporting 1310/1490/1550nm wavelengths and allowing different connectors for each port, ensuring tailored solutions to meet diverse network requirements. With low insertion loss, high channel isolation, low temperature sensitivity and epoxy free optical path, FS FWDM Filters are ideal for telecommunication and WDM network applications.
