Warranty Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: May 2025 ("we", "our", or "us") provides hardware and transceiver products with warranty coverage as described in the following Terms and Conditions.

By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined herein.

1. General Warranty Policy

1.1. We offer a Lifetime Warranty on compatible optical transceivers and a Limited Warranty on IT hardware including switches, routers, servers, and storage systems.

1.2. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

1.3. Warranty coverage is applicable only within the United Arab Emirates.

2. Warranty Coverage

2.1. The warranty covers product faults due to: Manufacturer defects Operational malfunctions under normal use Component failure not caused by misuse or external damage

2.2. Our multi-step verification process includes: Remote diagnostics and log analysis Serial number validation.
Review of shipping records and visual evidence (e.g., photos/videos)

2.3. Claims may be denied if the fault is found to be caused by: Physical damage, burn marks, or liquid exposureImproper installation or third-party interferenceMisuse or operation in unsupported environments
Tampering or removal of serial labels

3. Optical Transceivers Warranty (Lifetime)

3.1. Transceivers, including SFP, SFP+, QSFP+, QSFP28, DAC, and AOC modules, are covered by a Lifetime Replacement Warranty

3.2. Covered issues include: Compatibility failures with OEM devicesPerformance degradation under regular usage Manufacturing defects

3.3. All replacement units are subject to successful serial verification and testing results. Same-day shipping is offered for verified urgent cases, subject to stock availability.

4.  IT Hardware Warranty (1–3 Years)

4.1. Hardware devices such as routers, switches, servers, and storage equipment are provided with a Limited Warranty of 1 to 3 years depending on product type and listing.

4.2. Covered issues include: Non-functional ports System malfunctions caused by component failure

4.3. Exclusions include: Cosmetic wear and tearUnauthorized repairs or modificationsDamage from poor storage or environmental exposure (e.g., extreme heat, humidity, dust)

5. Warranty Claims Process
5.1. To initiate a warranty claim, customers must:

Provide a description of the issueSubmit supporting documentation, including photos or videosInclude the product serial number for verification

5.2. Upon validation, we will provide either:
A replacement unit (where stock is available)Repair or refurbishing service (if applicable)
Store credit or refund if neither of the above is feasible

6. Shipping and Returns

6.1. Warranty-related return shipping costs from the customer to SFPS.AE are the responsibility of the customer.

6.2. Replacements or repaired items will be shipped to the customer at no additional cost.

6.3. We are not liable for damage caused during third-party shipping unless the item was shipped using SFPS.AE logistics.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Fyber Optix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product, including but not limited to loss of data, profit, or business operation downtime

Order Acceptance and FulfillmentFyber Optix reserves the right to accept or reject any order, even after confirmation, for reasons including but not limited to:Unavailability of stock or delivery logisticsChanges in order requirementsForce majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political events, cyber threats)Operational discretion or internal policy shiftsCancellation or amendment of purchase orders by either party

10.1. No liability shall be incurred by Fyber Optix for any cancelled or non-fulfilled orders. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed per our refund policy

11. Jurisdiction & Legal Disclaimer
Fyber Optix adheres to international best practices for digital commerce, but does not guarantee compliance with every local law in all user regions. Users are responsible for ensuring their engagement with our platform complies with their local laws.

11.1. Fyber Optix is not liable for any legal implications arising from user non-compliance with local regulations or restrictions.
